摘    要:目的对食品包装设计中的"度"进行分析。方法从低碳生态的角度分析食品包装在材料、工艺、装潢、造型和结构方面存在的过度问题,并提出适度设计的解决方法;从人性化的角度分析食品包装在形式、功能与内涵方面的失衡问题,并从形式表现与功能发挥、情感设定与受众可读性、商业化与人文关怀3个方面提出建议。结论食品包装要在材料选择、工艺运用以及装潢、结构、造型设计等方面进行适度设计,在实现基本功能的同时,减少资源消耗和环境污染,为消费者带来更高层次的精神体验,实现人与社会、人与自然的和谐及可持续发展。

Abstract:It aims to analyze the "degree" of food packaging design. It analyzes the excessive problem of food packaging on materials, technique, decoration, modeling and structure from low-carbon and ecological perspective, and gives some solutions that pay attention on the unbalances of food packaging at aspects of form, function and connotation from humanized point. Food packaging should be appropriately designed on the material, technique, decoration, structure, and modeling, on the time of basic functions coming true, to reduce the waste of resources and the pollution of environment, which can lead to higher levels of spiritual experience for consumers, and achieve the harmonious and sustainable development of man and society, man and nature.
