摘    要:针对目前用于残疾人与老年人护理的电动护理床扩展性差的现状,采用功能强大的微处理器AT90CAN128,提出基于CAN总线的电动护理床控制系统的设计方案,具有很强的扩展性。重点从护理床控制节点设计方面介绍了系统的运作机理,硬件方面给出了原理框图,并对需要注意的问题给予说明;软件方面给出了基本流程图,详细介绍了自定的CAN总线协议,记录了实验的结论,并对软件开发中的关键问题作了具体的探讨。

Abstract:Considering that the limited function of current electric care bed(ECB)for the disabled and the elderly is hard to be extended,the design of ECB control system based on CAN bus is presented by using the single chip AT90CAN128 to improve the extensibility of the control system.The operation mechanism of the control node in ECB is introduced.The hardware block diagrams are given,and the problems which should be paid attention to are explained.The software flow charts are provided,and the certainly defined CAN bus protocol is introduced.The experiment conclusions are given,and the key problems during the software development are discussed in details.
