| 摘 要： | 基于对民间艺术的探索与研究,以陕西富有特色的民间艺术样式为个例,论述了民间艺术的独特魅力和历史、文化、民俗、哲学及美学价值.提出立足并植根于民族传统文化对新一代公民的价值观念、文化修养、行为规范的特殊意义,并探讨了在西部大开发战略中,如何对民间艺术加以保护、挖掘和整理,使其得以传承.

| Abstract: | Based on the exploration and study of folk arts,giving the examples of characteristic styles of folk arts in Shaanxi Province,the unique charm of folk arts and the value of history,culturs,folk customs,philosophy and aesthetics are expounded,the special significance of value idea,cultural accomplishment and behavioural laws in a generation people of a new type,which stands and roots on the national traditional is put forward.And the protection,excavation and arrangement of folk arts are probed,so as to propagate and inherit them in the strategy of the Western great exploitation. |
