利用藻类净化水源水质的实践与探讨

摘    要:在实验室分高培养水网藻,现场和中间试验取得初步成果的基础上,采用聚氯乙烯PVC管和10目、25目的筛绢制成的网袋进行利用水网藻净化水源水质扩大规模的中间试验。由于种类不纯、网袋设计和气候条件等多种原因,水网藻被以刚毛藻为优势种的多种藻类取代。从刚毛藻的生长实验和水质监测结果看,刚毛藻生长速度快,对氨氟和生化需氧量等水质指标有较高的转化率和去除率,与水网藻一样,也可作为去除水体中氮、磷以净化水质的藻种。

Abstract:Through isolating and cultivating hydrodictyon,basesd on primary results of indoor, in situ and intermediate experiments, demonstration experiment is performed with PVC tube and net bag. In considenation of various factors such as species,net bag design and climate,hydrodictyon is replaced by dominat species of cladophora and other species. The results show that cladophora has a fast growth rate and good effect on water quality indices shch as ammonia-nitrogen and BOD5, and that, like hydrodictyon, it can be applied to purify water.
