| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育培养目标是生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的技术应用型高级人才,不仅要求学生掌握扎实的专业知识和技能,而且要具有良好的职业道德.本文分析了职业道德素质在大学生成才、成长中的作用.从职业理想教育、爱岗敬业教育、诚信教育、职业纪律教育等方面论述了加强高职院校大学生职业道德教育的主要内容,并提出了加强学生职业道德教育的对策.

| Abstract: | The fostering goal of high vocational education is to produce,to serving and to manage the skilled personnel for production forefront.It not only demands the college students for well-knit special knowledge and skill,but also for noble vocational morality.The quality function of professional ethics in students' growth is analyzed.The primary content of professional ethics education from reinforcing ideal education,devoting working education,defending credit education and enhancing discipline education are also discussed.At the same time,it points out the measures on how to enhancing the college students' professional ethics education. |
