镀锡板两片罐装碳酸饮料中铁离子析出来源的分析

摘    要:用电化学极化技术对镀锡板两片罐装碳酸饮料后卷封区域和罐身内涂层的极化电阻进行了跟踪检测,结果表明,罐身内涂层极化电阻保持稳定,卷封区域极化电阻随灌装时间的延长而降低,说明卷封区域内涂层抗腐蚀性能逐步下降,是饲料中铁离子析出的来源。进一步实验结果证实,卷封区域内涂层的裂缝未能被罐盖密封胶完全覆盖是铁离子析出的原因。

Abstract:Trace detection on the polarisation resistance of seaming area and internal coating of two piece steel can filled with carbonated beverage is made by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The result shows that palarisation resistance in internal coating keeps stable.But with the lapse of time,that of seaming area reduces,which indicates that the decrease of corrosion resistance in seaming area is the source of iron pick up in beverage.The further experiment proves the reason of iron pick up,that is,crack of internal coating in the seaming area can not be covered by seal compound of end.
