| 摘 要： | 对具备复杂型面的注塑塑料产品进行了工艺分析,介绍了针对成型难点的注塑模设计过程,重点介绍了模具中的关键机构——弧形侧抽芯机构回退式全自动卸螺纹机构,以及通过设置合适的浇口尺寸和排气方式,彻底解决了该产品成型和出料难度较大的问题。
