食品工程与现代物流的结合

摘    要:分析现代物流在食品工业中的现状,并根据食品的特殊性及其物流的特殊性,比较详细的从食品工程的角度,主要从供应链上的原材料运输、产品加工和成品的配送等环节,剖析存在的问题,说明了食品物流合理化的重要性,并找出一些两者能够很好结合的点,提出可行的解决方法;同时也借用了在其它行业中较为成功的物流技术理论,以期在食品业中发挥重要的作用。

Abstract:The present situation of modern logistic in food industries was analysised. The importance of reasonable food logistic was illustrated according to the particularities of the food and food logistic, and the existing problems in resources transport, product processing and deliervry. Then some points that they can combine were found and some solve methods were given. Some successful logistic technology theory used in other industries was introduced to speed up the development of food industry.
