研制低电阻率铝用阴极炭块

摘    要:介绍了试制低电阻率铝用阴极炭块生产工艺条件,包括骨料配方的选定、粘结剂用量等,并将所制得工业试验炭块应用于铝电解。结果表明,工业试验炭块完全达到了研制目标,并优于国外同类产品性能。

Abstract:The preparation process of cathode carbon block with low specific electric resistance for aluminium electrolysis, including selection of formula, determination of binder amount and optimization of technolgical parameters, was introduced. The result showed that the graphite cathode carbon blocks obtained had reached the preset objectives, and exhibited better performance than that of the block made in foreign countries.
