摘    要:通过使用程序坐标系旋转指令,利用五轴机床的工作空间,实现倾斜平面上难定位孔的精确加工。坐标系的旋转可以改变零件在工作空间的装夹方向,从而配合刀具长度的改变可以充分利用机床的有效行程,实现对超行程零件的加工。减少装夹次数能够节省加工时间,实现对机床的充分利用,为类似产品的生产加工提供技术支持。

Abstract:Abstract : To achieve precision machining of the positioning hole on the tilt combined surface, a new method by using the program coordinate system rotation command and five-axis machine processing space is proposed. The clamping direc- tion of the parts in the working space can be changed through rotating coordinate system, with cutting tool length changing, the machine' s effective stroke could be taken fully advantage, then the purposes of ultra-stroke parts processing and reduc- ing setup times are come true. The new method can save hours of work, achieve full utilization of the machine and provide technical support for production and processing of other similar products.
