摘    要:以聚合级乙烯为主要原料,丁烯为共聚单体,氢气为分子量调节剂,己烷为溶剂,在齐格勒纳塔型高效催化剂作用下,进行淤浆聚合,经闪蒸、分离、干燥、混炼、造粒,并按特定的配方添加专用助剂,生产具有双峰特点的管材专用树脂6366M,为市场提供了一种性能优良的高强度管材专用料.

Abstract:This program belongs to technologies of synthetic plastics industry, using polymerization grade ethylene as main feedstock, butene as comonomer, hydrogen as molecular weight modifier, ethane as solvent to perform slurry polymerization in the presence of Ziegler-Natta catalyst, through flashing, separating, drying, compounding, palletizing, and adding special additives of specified recipe, to produce bimodal pipe grade special resin 6366M, and to provide a pipe grade special product of good performance and high strength for the market.
