超高速磨床结构建模的研究

摘    要:以某超高速磨削机床为研究对象,利用三维软件Pro/E对超高速磨削机床进行了CAD建模,利用吉村允孝积分法确定结合部参数,建立结合部动力学模型.利用Ansys软件对其进行网格划分,建立了超高速磨床的有限元模型,并通过模态分析和实验来检验有限元模型,为研究超高速磨床的动态特性做好准备.

Abstract:Taking one ultra-high speed grinder as the research object, the CAD modeling of ultra-high speed grinder is carried out with the three-dimensional software Pro/E. Then the dynamics model of the junction is set up based on the parameters determined by the integration of a village done filial piety integral method. Meshing with Ansys software, the finite element model of ultra-high speed grinder is established, and verified through the mode analysis and experiment. This will be prepared for the study on the dynamic behavior of the ultra-high speed grinder.
