摘    要:燃气灶火焰与锅具的距离是影响燃气灶的热效率与污染物排放的重要因素.通过对燃气灶的热效率及污染物排放进行测定,确定不同功率下的最佳距离,从而设计一种距离可调的节能型燃气灶,其采用机械传动实现功率与最佳距离之间的调整.实验结果表明,在没有严格限制功率的范围内,节能燃气灶的热效率比常规燃气灶的热效率提高约4%;在功率变化较大的工作中,节能燃气灶的热效率提高幅度更加明显.节能燃气灶的CO、NOx排放低于常规燃气灶的排放量,能够满足GB16410-2007标准.

Abstract:The distance from the gas cooker flame to the pot is the important influential factor to the heat efficiency and the emission of pollutants. The paper aims to design a kind of adjustable distance and energy-saving gas cooker by measuring the heat efficiency and the emission of pollutants of a particular mode of gas cooker so as to confirm the best distance under different power. Mechanical drive is used to adjust the best distance in different power for the gas cooker. The results shows that the heat efficiency of the energy-saving gas cooker is 4% higher than that of the com- mon gas cooker under wide power scope;the increase of heat efficiency for the energy-saving gas cooker is more re- markable when the range of power changes more wide. The emission of CO and NOx of the energy-saving gas cooker is lower than that of the common gas cooker,which meets the standard of GB16410-2007.
