基于Lonworks的有毒气体监测节点设计

摘    要:文中介绍了Lonworks现场总线技术的优越特性。阐述了一种基于Eonworks技术的有毒气体监测节点的结构和工作原理,给出了详细的智能节点的软硬件设计方案。详细阐述了用模糊推理系统产生修正因子的方法对气体浓度进行温湿度补偿的算法。经过软硬件联合调试该节点在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,实现预期的监测要求,显著降低了生产运行成本并有效的提高了管理效率。

Abstract:Lonworks predominant characteristics were introduced. Structure and functional principle of an intelligent node for monitoring poisonous gas based on Lonworks technology were illustrated. A detailed scheme for the node includes software design and hardware design was presented. Fuzzy reasoning method was appli.ed to temperature/humidity compensation for measuring the gaseous density, After jointly debugging,the node appears a very satisfactory performance in practice. It fulfils all anticipative requirements with reducing the costs of manufacture and increasing administrative efficiency significantly.
