| 摘 要： | 介绍一种测量位移的新型传感器，它是采用激光作光源，用CCD图像传感器接收光并转换为电量的元件，根据成像原理测量物体位移．这个传感器由光学成像系统、CCD图像传感器及驱动电路、信号放大处理电路、单片机处理电路组成．具有高精度、高响应频率、非接触等优点．
