高速高加速巷道堆垛机水平行走机构设计

摘    要:目的研究堆垛机水平行走机构,设计高速高加速化的结构方案,以满足堆垛机在很短时间内完成入库、拣选、出库、配送等任务,快速响应客户要求.方法分析现有堆垛机机构,研究了影响堆垛机高速高加速关键因素和如何实现高加速化,使用三维软件建模并对主要零件进行有限元分析.结果水平行走机构对堆垛机加速度影响较大,构建了实现高加速化的堆垛机水平行走机构模型,给出了“侧轮同步式”堆垛机的驱动条件和部分计算公式,完成了“侧轮同步式”堆垛机水平行走机构的初步设计,并通过有限元分析和经验公式验算堆垛机驱动轮的强度能满足堆垛机高速高加速运行时要求.结论“侧轮同步式”堆垛机水平行走机构能有效提高堆垛机水平行走加速度,对研发高速高加速堆垛机有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:The purpose is to study the level-moving storage/retrieval machine and design the structure project of high-acceleration in order to satisfy the storage/retrieval machine which can completed the tasks such as storage, selection, library, distribution, etc within a short period of time, and then make a fast response to cus- tomers'requirements. This paper analyzes the existing stacker structures, and the design method of achieving high-acceleration stacker and the key factors of acceleration, by using three-dimensional software to model and make finite element analysis of the main parts. A high-level acceleration stacker agencies operating model is constructed, and the preliminary design of the "side-round operating simultaneously" Stacker is completed. The Research shows that "side-round operating simultaneously" Stacker's level running can ef- fectively improve stacker's level-walk acceleration of the double mast storage/retrieval machine and it is helpful, to a certain extent, for the research and development of double mast storage/retrieval machine with high- acceleration.
