农民工创业效能感在创业意向形成过程中的作用机制

本研究拟检验创业效能感在农民工创业意向形成过程中的中介效应,并着重分析创业效能感的4个维度在自尊、创业知识与农民工创业意向关系中的中介作用机制。以苏州地区307位农民工为样本,问卷研究结果发现:创业效能感在其中起着部分中介作用,具体表现为:(1)农民工的自尊心理一方面直接对其创业意向产生影响,另一方面通过风险容忍效能感的中介作用对创业意向发生间接影响;(2)创业知识会直接提升农民工的创业意向,它也通过机会识别效能感的中介作用间接影响创业意向。

The Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Efficacy in the Formation of Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Intentions

The study was conducted to test the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy in the formation of migrant workers＂ entrepreneurial intention. A questionnaire-based field study, sampled by 307 migrant work- ers in Suzhou area, was used to testify the hypotheses. The results showed that, entrepreneurial efficacy played a partial mediating role. Specifically： （1） The self-esteem of migrant workers impacted their en- trepreneurial intentions directly. Moreover, it also affected entrepreneurial intention indirectly through the effi- cacy of risk tolerance; （2） Entrepreneurial knowledge enhanced migrant workers＂ entrepreneurial intentions di- rectly, and indirectly through the meditating effect of opportunity identification efficacy. Based on the results, The significance of helping migrant workers with their entrepreneurship was discussed finally.
