摘    要:为向家坝-上海±800kV直流线路设计和试验了新一代特高压导线悬垂线夹--预绞式悬垂线夹。能耗和使用寿命是线路金具的2个关键指标。预绞式悬垂线夹具有节能特点,而且具有独特的结构,能够减小作用在导线上的静态应力(拉应力、压应力和弯曲应力)和动态应力,使得特高压线路的悬垂线夹与导线同寿命。按照全寿命周期来考量,预绞式悬垂线夹具有成本优势。

Abstract:Armor-Grip Suspension, as a new generation suspension, has been designed and tested for ±800 kV Xiang-Shang UHV Transmission Line. Power loss and fitting life are two key issues for transmission lines, especially for UHV lines. Armor-Grip Suspension does not disperse power in line, but saves energy according to the tests done in EPCRI. This type of suspension has particular and unique structure which reduces static stresses (tensile, compressive, and bending stresses), and dynamic stresses to the conductor, and thus keep the fitting the same life as UHV conductors. The new generation suspension has cost advantages taking into account of the whole life of the UHV transmission line.
