| 摘 要： | 加强大学生思想政治教育是党对共青团工作的要求,也是共青团工作的重要内容和基本职能.针对独立学院广大青年学生的特点和实际情况,如何使共青团组织更好地发挥思想引领作用,有效地提高学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性,服务于青年学生的成长成才等方面进行了一些思考.
