通过对三水旅游经济区的规划实例的原则、目标、内容、特色的简要介绍，来表述力求创造良好人居环境的规划六旨，并通过分析生态要素对城市环境产生的影响，从而进一步了简释了基于生态原则、注重促进人与自然和谐共生的规划思想与方法，以及通过加大生态环境建设力度的方法来带动城市环境、旅游及相关产业发展的生态经济发展模式。

A Study on Yundonghai Tourist Economic Zone Planning in Sanshui, Guangdong Province.

This paper give a brief introduction to the principle,aim,contents and features of the planning theme, trying to creat excellent dwelling environment.Through analyzing the effects of ecological elements on city environment,it further explains the way of promoting the harmonious coexistence of human and nature on the basis of ecological principles,and expound,how boost the development of city environment,tourism and other relevant industries by strengthening the ecological environment construction.
