摘    要:分析了阶梯式供电中性点不接地系统中的零序电流特性,详细阐述了在级联线路发生区内外单相接地故障时流过线路两端的零序电流。指出传统的接地保护原理的不足。提出了基于线路两端零序差流与时端零序电流方向判别的接地保护原理。通过试验和现场运行情况表明了该保护原理的可行性。

Abstract:The characteristics of zero sequence current in ladder ungrounded distributed power system are discussed. The zero sequence currents of two sides in connection line are analyzed in detail when line internal and external single-phase ground fault occurrence. The shortage of traditional single-phase ground fault protection principle is pointed out. The new principle is proposed based on the direction relation between zero sequence currents of two sides in connection line and the direction relation between zero-sequence differential current and zero sequence currents. The test and site operation results show the superiority of this technology.
