| 摘 要： | 由于市场经济地位问题的影响，山东省冶金企业在过去反倾销争端中全部失利。针对企业应对反倾销工作中存在的企业管理、产品档次和价格以及市场经济定位等问题，提出企业应重视市场调研和开发，协调价格避免反倾销，积极应对反倾销，结合应对反倾销继续深化企业体制改革等建议。

| Abstract: | The Shandong metallurgical enterprises have all given ground in the past anti-dumping issues because of effect of market economic station. Aiming at the questions of enterprise management, degree of products and prices, market economic orientation existed in the anti-dumping issues, some advices such as emphasizing market strategy and developing, coordinating price to anti dumping, deepening enterprise system innovation connected with replying anti-dumping etc. are put forward. |
