| 摘 要： | 建立了模胚制造企业智能ERP体系结构,在此基础上设计和实现了一个完整的ERP系统.系统涉及到了模胚行业生产运做的各个环节,包括:报价、下单、投产、生产控制、仓库、送货、财务.系统在某公司的两个模胚制造厂实施以来,运行效果良好,可以及时、准确、全面地反映企业的实时运做情况,有效地改善了人工管理效率低、出错率高的情况.

| Abstract: | An agent ERP system framework was established and an ERP system has been completed for mould base manufactory enterprises.This system efficiently administers all tasks of mould base manufactories including quotation,ordering,manufacturing,production controls,inventory,delivery and financing.The system has been working well since applied to two factories,it can provide instant,accurate and comprehensive information of operation of the two enterprises.It efficiently improves the manual management and decreases the occurrence rate of error. |
