| 摘 要： | 以150份初烤烟叶样品为材料,开展了烟叶外观性状与内在品质的关系研究。外观性状与综合评价的关系研究表明,烟叶的任一部位及7个外观品质因素的不同档次都有综合评价较差的样品存在。烟叶的部位、颜色、身份、叶片结构与综合评价的相关性达到极显著水平。总体而言,上部叶、深橘黄叶、身份(稍)厚、叶片结构尚疏松和(稍)紧密的烟叶综合评价较差。未见烟叶的成熟度、油分、色度、长度与综合评价存在显著的相关关系。外观性状与化学成分的关系研究表明,烟叶的成熟度、长度与主要化学成分及派生值的相关性总体较弱。 |
