薄煤层高水材料充填沿空留巷技术

摘    要:针对矿井工作面接替紧张的问题,结合潞安集团伊田煤业1103工作面生产地质条件、临近工作面开采情况等因素,采用薄煤层高水材料充填沿空留巷技术,充填体强度取8MPa,充填体宽度为1.2 m。根据工作面推进速度及高水充填材料凝固性能的关系,每班充填3.6 m,水灰比取1.5∶1。通过巷内加强支护与充填体构成的支护体系能够切落足够高度的上覆岩层,进而使得上位岩层得到采空区冒落矸石的支撑达到平衡状态。现场观测结果表明,在工作面110 m以外,上覆岩层活动趋于停滞,留巷围岩变形量趋于稳定。

Abstract:Based on the tight replacement of mining working face,combined with the production geological conditions of the 1103 working face of Yitian Coal Industry and the mining situation of the adjacent working face,the thin coal seam high water material was used to fill the roadway retaining technology,and the filling body strength was taken as 8 MPa,the filling body width was 1.2 m.According to the relationship between the advancement speed of the working face and the solidification performance of the high-water filling material,each shift was 3.6 m and the water-cement ratio 1.5∶1.The supporting system consisting of reinforcing support and filling body in the roadway could cut off the overlying rock stratum of sufficient height,so that the upper rock stratum could be balanced by the support of the falling meteorite in the goaf.The field observations showed that the overburden activity tended to stagnate beyond 110 m of the working face,with stable the deformation of the surrounding rock.
