抗生素酵菌渣减量化处理研究

摘    要:针对抗生素发酵废菌渣中含有的残留培养基、少量抗生素及其降解物对生态环境存在潜在危害,且其中含有的大量水分使其质量和体积大,造成处理成本高的情况,探究出一条可行的抗生素菌渣减量化路线。通过对抗生素菌渣进行前处理研究及合理经济的减量化处理,去除了多余水分,减量达90%,并将干燥后菌渣进行制粒成为好储存、好运输、好处理的生物质燃料。对抗生素菌渣的减量干燥处理,不但处理了废弃物,还创造了经济效益。

Abstract:In view of the potential harm to the ecological environment caused by the residue culture medium,a small amount of antibiotics and their degradants contained in the antibiotic fermentation residue,and the large amount of water in the residue makes its quality and volume large,resulting in high treatment cost,a feasible route for reducing antibiotic residue was explored.Through pretreatment of antibiotic bacterial residue and reasonable and economical reduction treatment,excess water was removed,and the reduction reached 90%.After drying,the bacterial residue was granulated to be a good biomass fuel for storage,transportation and treatment.Reduced drying treatment of antibiotic residue not only disposes of waste,but also creates economic benefits.
