青霉素G亚砜的精制

实验对比了青霉素亚砜在水和甲醇2种不同溶剂中的重结晶精制工艺的产品质量,结果表明,青霉素亚砜在甲醇中用氨水溶解再过滤结晶的精制工艺,因青霉素亚砜转晶成青霉素亚砜甲醇化物,使得精制品的质量大大提高,纯度提高到99.9%。

Refinement of penicillin G sulfoxide

A series of experiments were carried out for comparing the product quality of the recrystallization refining process of penicillin sulfoxide in two different solvents,water and methanol.The results show that the refining process of penicillin sulfoxide dissolved in ammonia in methanol and then filtered and crystallized,the penicillin sulfoxide is crystallized into penicillin sulfoxide methanolate,so that the quality of the refined product is greatly improved,and the purity is improved to 99.9%.
