马兰矿18308综采工作面瓦斯综合治理技术研究

摘    要:为防止18308工作面回采期间出现瓦斯超限的问题,本文综合采用本煤层瓦斯预抽、走向高位钻孔和上隅角插管等治理瓦斯的措施,对工作面涌出的瓦斯进行有效治理,根据工作面的具体情况对综合抽采方案进行具体设计。结果表明,工作面综合瓦斯治理措施后,工作面的平均抽采率达到85.3%,上隅角及回风侧无瓦斯超限现象,为工作面的安全高效生产提供保障。

Abstract:In order to prevent the problem of gas overrun during the recovery mining of 18308 working face,the gas pre-draining,high-level drilling and upper corner intubation to control the gas in the coal seam was put forward.Specific design of the comprehensive extraction plan was made according to the specific conditions of the working surface.The results showed that after the comprehensive gas control measures on the working face,the average extraction rate of the working face reached 85.3%,and there was no gas over-limit phenomenon on the upper corner and the return air side,which provided guarantee for the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
