摘    要:利用水热法制备了Sb—SnO2纳米粉体,借助XRD、TEM等测试方法,系统的研究了NH4OH的滴加速度、水热反应温度及水热反应时间等水热工艺条件对粉体颗粒度的影响,并讨论了其影响机理。

Abstract:Sb-SnO2 nanometer powders were prepared by hydrothermal method. By means of XRD, TEM, etc, the effect of adding NH4OH speeds, hydrothermal reaction temperature and reaction time on the particle sizes of Sb-SnO2 were studied systematically and the effect mechanisms were also discussed.
