摘    要:Ni基单晶制叶片已在国外一些高性能飞机发动机上得到了实际应用。文中对该材料的一些高温力学性能做了归纳,对迄今单晶结构变形,强度与寿命处理方法及其局限性作了评述,进而对该领域的发展方向进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:Nickel-base single crystal blades were practised in high quality aircraft gas turbine engines.Somemechanical properties of single crystal superalloys were reviewed,and the mechanical methods and their limitationswhich used to analyzed the single crystal anisotropic materials were also reviewed.Further,a direction of future re-search on the mechanical methods was tried to inquire.
