摘    要:需求价格弹性PED (price elasticity of demand)通过影响可中断负荷IL (interruptible load)成本进而影响到发电侧备用容量RCGS (reserve capacity of generation side)的配置,然而迄今为止,从风险角度有关量化PED对RCGS配置影响方面的研究一直被长期忽视。为此,在基于微观经济学消费者剩余理论建立IL成本的基础上,将PED引入到IL停电赔偿风险中,并基于风险管理与协调优化观点提出了市场环境下配置RCGS的数学模型,通过仿真量化分析了PED对RCGS配置的影响。仿真结果表明了增加PED将有利于减少RCGS的最优配置量以及为此所付出的代价。

Abstract:Price elasticity of demand (PED) influences configuration of reserve capacity of generation side (RCGS) by influencing interruptible load (IL) cost. Quantitative analysis of PED on RCGS configuration from risk viewpoint has been ignored till now. Mathematic model of configuring RCGS in the market environment is proposed from the viewpoint of risk management and coordination optimization based on building IL cost and its interruption compensation risk by customer surplus theory in microeconomics. Influence of PED on RCGS configuration is analyzed quantitatively by simulation. Simulation results show that increasing PED is beneficial to decrease optimal configuration for RCGS and its cost.
