| 摘 要： | 焊接质量是原材料制作成产品的安全性能的保障,焊接工艺与被焊接材料的性能和厚度紧密相关.在现代工程制造中,结构形状、尺寸和原材料的厚度呈现多样性,对焊接质量的要求越来越高.为满足焊接质量的要求就必须保证焊接接头坡口型式和加工精度.文章结合作者多年实践,介绍了金属熔化焊为控制焊接变形,节省焊接材料和降低焊接坡口加工难度等可选择的具体措施.

| Abstract: | Safety of products manufactured by raw materials is guaranteed by welding quality,and welding processes are closely related to materials' performance and its thickness.In modern manufacturing engineering,diversity of structural shapes,sizes and thickness of raw materials requires better welding quality.In order to fulfill requirements of welding quality,welding joints groove patterns and processing precision must be ensured.Combined with author's years of experience,this paper introduced some concrete measures of metal melting welding for welding deformation control,welding materials economization and welding joints grooves manufacturing difficulty reduce. |
