金刚石生长相关技术的讨论

摘    要:文章简单回顾了石墨、催化剂合金、叶蜡石的性能与金刚石生长的关系。石墨是转变成金刚石的唯一材料,石墨纯度是核心指标。元素Mn、Al、Cr等金属与碳形成碳化物稳定,不适合做催化剂,称难形成合成金刚石的金属;元素Ni、Co、Si等与碳形成碳化物不稳定,升高Fe-C中C活度,适合做催化剂,故称易形成合成金刚石的金属。高压下叶蜡石的密封性能来源于片状结构的紧密排列。

Abstract:This paper briefly reviews the relationship between the performances of graphite,catalyst alloy,pyrophyllite and the growth of diamond.The graphite is the unique material can be transformed to diamond,which purity is core index.The stable carbide formed by metal Mn,Al,Cr and carbon is unfit for as catalyst,but metal Ni,Co,Si and carbon can form the unstable carbide which is suitable for catalyst of diamond synthesis.The seal performance of pyrophyllite is from the close arrangement of sheet-like structure under high pressure.
