特粗硬质合金制备工艺的开发

摘    要:通过控制球磨时间,球料比及保持WC粉原有碳含量,采用结晶完整性好的WC粉开发出性能优异的特粗晶硬质合金。结果表明,采用结晶完整性好,费氏粒度为30μm的碳化钨粉末为原料制备合金,可以制备出WC晶粒度达到8μm,物理性能优异的WC-Co硬质合金。

Abstract:The ultra-coarse grain cemented carbides with outstanding performance was developed by using WC powder with good crystal integrity through controlling the milling time,weight ratio of ball and powder,and keeping original carbon content of the WC powder.The results show that the WC-Co hard alloy with grain size of 8μm and excellent physical properties are manufactured by using WC powder with good crystal integrity and Fsss of 30 μm.
