摘    要:通过对超硬材料六面顶液压机铰链梁断口表面进行宏观观察,材料化学分析,力学性能测试,断口扫描电镜观察,能谱分析和显微组织分析,找出了铰链梁的断裂失效原因。综合理化数据分析研究得出结论,超硬材料六面顶液压机铰链梁铸件中的氧化物和硫化物严重夹杂是产生断裂的主要原因,铸件中的缩松、成分偏析、也加速了疲劳和裂纹的扩展,最终使铰链梁断裂。

Abstract:The reason of the fracture failure of the hinge beam was found out via macroscopic observation of fracture surface,chemical analysis,mechanical property test,SEM,EDS and microstructure analysis,etc..It can be concluded from the physical and chemical data that the main reason of fracture generation is owe to the oxide and sulfide inclusions in the cast.The shrinkage porosity and component segregation in the cast accelerates the spread of fatigue and crack,which eventually lead to the failure of the hinge beam.
