羰基镍粉在烧结金刚石圆锯片中的应用

摘    要:试验了Inco公司123型、255型羰基Ni粉应用在压制烧结型金刚石圆锯片胎体中的性能,替代现用配方产品中的电解Ni粉,对比二者对金属粉末胎体的性能影响、对金刚石的把持情况,并进行对比切割试验。通过试验情况看,Inco羰基Ni粉生产的产品性能稳定,可以部分替代电解Ni粉或根据情况单独选择使用,加入量控制在4%~8%时,可以获得较好的使用与经济性能。

Abstract:This paper presents the performance test of 123 and 255 Carbonyl Ni powders(instead of electrolytic Ni powder contained in existing ingredient)produced by Inco applied to sintered diamond circular saw blade matrix,and compares their influences on alloyed powder matrix and retention of diamond and introduces the cut contrast test.From the test,the Carbonyl Ni powders produced by Inco can serve as substitute of electrolytic Ni powder partially or be used separately.The better effect and economical efficiency will be available provided that the added amount is in the range of 4~8%.
