摘    要:攀钢烧结由于钒钛磁铁精矿的特殊性, TiO2含量高,矿石熔点高,点火、烧结难度大,烧结矿强度差、成品率低,使得点火能耗一直高达0.08~0.10GJ /t,处于国内落后水平。多年来通过采取优化烧结工艺,厚料层点火,采用新型点火器,低负压点火,以及设备大型化技术升级改造等措施后,装备水平与产能水平明显提高,点火能耗降至0.06 GJ/t以下,其他技术经济指标也取得了明显进步。

Abstract:The ignition energy consumption has been be up to 0.08 ~0.10 GJ/t that was on be-hindhand level internal because of its ore particularity for TiO 2 contents higher, ore melting point high-er, great difficulty of ignition and sintering , strength and finished products rate lower of sinter owing to sintering vanadium titanium magnet concentrates in Pangang .From many years, a series of measures were achieved by optimization sintering industrial art , high layer ignition, with new igniter, low nega-tive pressure ignition,and equipment maximization reconstruction etc .in recent years.The furnish-ment and productivity levels significantly raised , ignition energy consumption decreased to under 0.06 GJ/t and other technique indexes also acquired obvious advancement .
