ACP1000核电常规岛主给水泵内部流动数值模拟与优化

摘    要:以第三代核电ACP1000常规岛主给水泵为研究对象,建立双吸叶轮流场三维模型,基于CFD方法,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和可升级壁面函数法对其进行三维定常湍流计算。以叶轮前盖板流线为优化参数,基于Bezier函数型流线设计方法对叶轮前盖板提出了优化设计方案。通过比较叶轮内流场增压特性以及水力性能曲线,结果表明,优化后的方案具有高扬程高效率的特点,设计参数满足ACP1000核电机组常规岛主给水泵性能要求。

Abstract:A CFD method has been developed to simulate the three-dimensional flow field in the double suction impeller which is designed for ACP1000 nuclear conventional island power boiler feed pump,using standard κ-ε turbulence model and upgradable wall function. A new design method of front shroud of impeller based on Bezier function is proposed. Results indicate that the optimized scheme has the characteristics of high lift and high efficiency by comparing of supercharging performance and hydraulic performance. The blades applied in ACP1000 nuclear booster pump could obtain the best hydraulic performance.
