预应力混凝土框架梁裂缝控制实用方法的研究

摘    要:我国现行规范GB50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》给出的裂缝宽度计算公式当中,影响裂缝宽度计算值的参数众多,使得计算尤为复杂,一定程度上制约了预应力混凝土结构的应用.本文对预应力混凝土框架梁三级裂缝控制进行研究,基于理论分析与工程统计的基础上提出了裂缝控制的实用方法——钢筋应力控制法,并给出了钢筋应力的简化计算方法.该方法避免了对裂缝宽度的“准确数值”进行繁琐的计算,为结构设计人员提供了方便,推广了预应力混凝土结构的应用.

Abstract:According to the calculation formula of crack width of the current specification "design of concrete structures" GB50010-- 2010 , parameter values affecting to the crack width is numerous and the calculation is very complex. To some extent, the application of prestressed concrete structure is restricted. This paper makes research on level 3 crack control of prestressed concrete frame beams and a practical method for crack control called reinforced stress control method is put forward based on the theoretical analysis and engineering statistics. What's more, the method of simplified calculation of reinforced stress is put forward too. The method avoids the tedious calculation of the exact crack width, which provides convenience for the structure design and promotes the application of prestressed concrete structures.
