摘    要:把好质量关,是创造优质酒的前提和必要条件,只有企业领导班子对产品质量实行高标准、严要求,并建立一支精通酿酒技术的专业队伍和具备专业素质的检验队伍,抓好生产过程中各个环节的质量工作,才能保证自己产品的高品质。对产品质量严格要求、长抓不懈,是生产优质名牌白酒的基石。

Abstract:Quality control is the prerequisite and essential condition for making good quality liquor. Only the implementation of high quality standards and strict requirement by the enterprise's leader, establishment of a professional team with liquor making technology and an inspection team with professional quality, and good management of quality control in every key point during process can ensure good product quality. Strict and persistent control of product quality is the cornerstone for making good quality and brand liquor.
