摘    要: 摘要:采用高温水蒸气处理商品HZSM-5分子筛,调变其孔结构,得到含有部分介孔的HZSM-5分子筛,脱铝生成羟基窝的同时引入更多的结构缺陷。采用TiCl4气-固相同晶取代法将高温水热处理后的HZSM-5分子筛进行涂钛反应,制备了介孔钛硅分子筛。采用XRD、IR和UV-Vis技术对合成的钛硅分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,钛被成功地引入了水热处理后的HZSM-5分子筛的孔壁中,并且水热处理后的分子筛比处理前有更大的载钛能力。

Abstract:A commercial HZSM-5 zeolite was hydrothermally treated at high temperature in order to improve its stability and modify its acidity and cavity structure, by which the HZSM-5 with some meso-pores was obtained. The Ti-charged catalysts were prepared from the hydrothermally treated HZSM-5 zeolite by TIC14 gas-solid isomorphous replacement method. The physicochemical properties of Ti-HZSM-5 were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis techniques. The results showed that the Ti was incorporated into the framework successfully. The Ti charge ability of the hydrothermally treated HZSM-5 was higher than that of the commercial HZSM-5 zeolite.
