摘    要:
以往未能实现锥齿轮锻件切边模电火花线切割加工的原因是未能解决切边模齿形设计问题,从而无法确定线切割轨迹.本文在导出锥齿轮切边模齿廓理论曲线及其渐屈线方程的基础上,提出该切边模齿廓单点拟合法及其精度分析方法,并建立了相应的计算公式,解决了切边模线切割加工的关键技术问题

Abstract:
The processes of trim dies for forged spur bevel gears by wire cut EDM have not been achieved because the tooth form defining the trace of discharge cut can not be designed. On the basis of establishing formulas of theoretical curve of profile of trim dies and it's gradually bending curve, this treatise put forward the method of fitting profile of female trim dies of forging of spur bevel gears by one points and method of analyzing its precision. At the same time the relevant formulas are set up in At the result the key technical problems in processing blades of trim dies by wire cut are solved.
