| 摘 要： | 本文根据热分析能有效地快速反映液相线温度随成份不同而变化的原理，把高铅青铜因产生比重偏析而导致化学成份的变化快速准确地反映在热分析曲线上，从而实现了对比重偏析的测定．配制不同成份的铅青铜合金，把在选定的样杯上测取的某处液相转变温度及该处冷凝后的含铅量（即偏析程度）进行回归，得到定量反映比重偏析的方程．

| Abstract: | The liquidus temperature changing with the constituents of alloy can be reflectedinstantly and effectively with thermoanalysis. Gravity segregation in high-leaded bronzewill lead to regional chemical constitutions change. This change can be reflected on thethermoanalysis curve. So as to determine the segregation. Different constitutions of leadbronze were made and remelt in selected sample cups to measure the liquid solid transformation temperature, then a regression process was proceeded to obtain thequantitative equation on qravity segregation. |
