| Abstract: | Summary The preparation and properties of aminomethanesulfonic acid and several of its lower and higher N-alkyl derivatives have been studied. The acylation of these compounds was investigated, and the optimum conditions were determined. Measurements of the surface-active properties, including pour foam, soil removal, and redeposition, of several of the acylated derivatives are described, with reference to Igepon T. |
