编织型神经再生导管的孔隙率表征

摘    要:组织工程支架的组织与结构是影响支架性能的基本要素,它对组织工程的功能及其最终应用起着重要作用。探讨了组织工程用编织型神经再生导管孔隙率的表征方法。导管使用聚乙丙交酯(PGLA)纱线,采用三轴向编织而成。采集导管二维图像后,用图像处理方法得到孔隙率。讨论了导管孔隙率与编织纱线密度、编织角度、编织机绽数、导管直径等编织参数的关系。
