摘    要:用户知识共享行为是影响知识管理系统KMS(knowledge management systems,KMS)能否取得预期运行效果的关键因素。现有的一些KMS还不具有根据用户日常的知识活动自动评估用户知识共享行为的功能,限制了KMS在知识共享文化形成中的作用。在此从行为和动作的表示入手,基于BNF的行为表示体系、知识共享行为ontology和行为树映射方法,提出了一个动态、实时、自适应、交互式用户知识共享行为模型,该模型包括基于BNF的行为和动作的表示、知识共享行为ontology、用户知识共享行为树及其动态创建过程等内容,能够实现从数量上对用户知识共享的参与度做出评价,可以作为开发实现该功能的Agent程序的一般框架。

Abstract:User knowledge sharing behavior has been identified as a key factor in achieving the effectiveness expected of knowledge management systems(KMS),but the evaluation of user knowledge sharing behavior according user's daily knowledge activity has not accomplished in some existing knowledge management systems,resulting in poor role of KMS in creating knowledge sharing culture.Based on behavior representation with BNF,knowledge sharing behavior ontology and behavior-tree mapping approach,a dynamic,real-time,interactive user knowledge sharing behavior model with self-adaptive ability is put forward innovatively.The proposed model consists of user behavior and action representation with BNF,knowledge sharing ontology,user knowledge sharing behavior tree and its dynamical creation procedure,which realizing quantitive evaluation to user knowledge sharing degree.The model can serve as a general framework for developing Agent software with quantitive evaluation function to user knowledge sharing degree.
