摘    要:根据近 1 0 0支锻钢支承辊的锻后热处理的工艺实践 ,摸索出了一套此类支承辊的锻后热处理工艺 ,缩短了生产周期 ,提高了效率 ,降低了成本 ,保证了质量。

Abstract:According to the practice of the after forged heat treatment process for almost 100 pieces of forged steel backup rolls, the after forged heat treatment process for this kinds of backup rolls has been fumbled, so the production cycle has been shorten, the efficiency increased, the cost decreased and the quality guaranteed.
