热油管道停输降温过程研究进展

摘    要:管内含蜡原油在停输后的温降过程是一个伴随相变、自然对流及移动边界的不稳定传热的过程,目前停输降温过程的研究主要采用数值计算的方法。从管内原油传热和管道与外部环境传热等角度,对热油管道温降过程的研究现状进行综述,指出在计算时需要处理好管内原油的自然对流、具有移动边界的析蜡相变传热以及埋地热油管道外土壤求解区域的简化问题。只有充分考虑上述问题,对热油管道的停输降温过程进行研究,才能得出对实践更具有指导意义的结果。

Abstract:The cooling of immobile wax-bearing crude oil in pipeline is a process accompanied with phase change,natural convection and unstable heat transfer,and now numerical simulation is one common method for the study of such kind of cooling process.In this article the progress of study on the cooling process of hot oil pipeline is reviewed,and it is pointed that to obtain more reliable results several problems have to be considered well: natural convection of crude inside pipe,heat transfer of wax phase change with moving boundary,and simplification of the solving area of soil outside the pipe.
