摘    要:介绍了红磷分公司800kt/a硫磺制酸装置配套HRS系统的工艺原理及设备运行情况。分析了低温热能回收系统出现的故障原因并采取相应处理措施,保证HRS系统的高效稳定运行。该装置总热利用率达93%,可回收低压蒸汽370kt/a,相当于节约标煤38kt/a,节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract:The principle and equipment running of HRS system in Honglin Branch 800 kt/a sulphur-buruing sulphuric acid plant are described. HRS realized efficient and stable operation by analyzing the reasons for failure and taking appropriate measures. The total heat utilization rate of the plant reached 93% , with low-pressure steam production of 370 kt/a, which was equivalent to saving 38 kt/a of standard coal. Remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction were obtained.
