| 摘 要： | 国家有关文件规定，为了加强思想政治工作，高校应设兼（或专）职班主任（或辅导员）。目前我校出现挑选班主任难的现象，一个主要原因是管理制度和奖励办法不适应。应从制度人手加强和改进班主任工作。

So, to sthengthen and improve formmasters' work, the first situation is sinct and impartiai system. |
